My friends recently been in a serious accident and thusly I need a new roomate. I'm male, a working student and am pretty compulsive when it comes to having a tidy home. Please email me first so we can meet and I can show you the place also so we can get aquainted.
The apartment is in the Seafair apartment complex in Richmond, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with all the appliances. Laundry is coin operated inside the complex. Pretty much every amnetie is within walking distance, as well as the Richmond dyke.
