Store Manager Responsibilities:
· The Store Manager is accountable for achieving sales and wireless targets by leading and motivating Sales Associates to perform at their best, and
· To Provide leadership and guidance to store associates to deliver customer service and visual presentation standards, and
· Responsible for hiring, training and improving the overall capability and performance of all associates in the store
