Qualified candidates will possess:
A high degree of positive motivation (you have to shoot to score) A desire for success A disdain for comfort zones An entrepreneurial spirit Experience in a traditional base + commission sales role (ie: Travel Industry, Automotive Rental & Sales, Liquor Beverage Sales, Advertising Sales, Medical Sales, Real Estate and of course Janitorial as examples... are a bonus but not mandatory). Stable employment history with 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience is an asset.
