What you will do: • work with a great team that is building awesome products and solving a real big problem • Implement front-end screens and tie them to back-end functionality • Refactor existing systems for efficiency • Keep up-to-date with the latest development standards and tools • Work productively in an Agile environment • Manage bugs/defects according to team best practices • Proactively identify system inefficiencies and recommend solutions Qualifications : - Front-end website design (graphic and UI) and Web 2.0 application development (programming) experience (e.g. Ajax, ASP, php, jQuery, CSS, Html, Html5) - Artistic eye, Creative mind, Fast & efficient coding - Experience with designing user-friendly UIs for web (and mobile) apps to create the best User experience (UX) - Experience with e-commerce and payment integration - Entrepreneurial, Energetic with high commitment to quality and meeting deadlines - Obsession with great UX, solving hard problems and tackling big challenges to create something awesome (No pretending please, we're looking for the real deal!) - Knowledge of Android and iOS is a plus - Experience with animation and video creation is a plus If you are tired of designing websites for lawyers and restaurants, here's your chance at something GREAT!
