Hello my name is Ray, I used to work in retail shops and found that up sales were the norm, and there was some dishonesty among some of the shops giving other good shops bad names. this made me look for better ways to serve the public on a personal level.
What makes me different from other mechanics is that I am a no non-sense kind of guy with a desire to make people happy. I try to make life a tiny bit more comfortable when unexpected vehicle breakdowns occur.
I know that vehicle repairs are one of the biggest expenses in our daily lives and I focus my business mainly for those on tight budgets such as ourselves bringing up three young children and living job-to-job.
How I Operate:
I quote costs from a professional estimating guide at our rate, which is lower than shop rates. I will send you the labor quote via email, that way you don't have to feel any pressure through live communication and with quote in hand you can call around, you'll be able to make a sound decision whether you'd like to use our service or use someone else's service.
I quote the price before I even head out so there is no surprise when it comes time to tally-up and the price will never be more than the quote guaranteed! "No Surprizes"
The customer is responsible for obtaining their own parts, If we are there to do a diagnosis, we will let you know what you need and you can go to LORDCO and acquire the parts.
NOTE: There are differences in parts out there, so if your on a tight budget go for the Chinese (Offshore) parts which are considerably cheaper both in quality and price but will get you through for some-time, or if you want quality go for parts clearly marked Made in Canada/USA/Mexico
