I have about 170 square feet of knotty old growth west coast pine flooring that came from a home just east of Vancouver. The boards are 1"x10" and vary in lengths from 5' to 12'. Most are 9' and 12' long. These boards are plank-style, not tongue in groove, and were originally glued to subflooring (so there aren't any nail holes). A pass through a planer on either side should remove old glue residue and the veneer and bring them back to their original state. Right now, each plank is a rich honey color and most have streaks of heartwood running through them.

I would prefer to sell the whole lot together for $200, which is a bit over $1.00/sq. ft.
